摘要
数字经济作为一种新型经济形态,与农村生产生活各领域融合的深度与广度不断拓展,为促进收入增长、缩小贫富差距提供重要契机。本文通过理论分析与模型构建,基于县域乡村经济数字化发展指数与中国家庭追踪调查微观匹配数据,从“增收”和“缩距”双重目标视角切入,实证探讨农村数字经济发展对农户共同富裕的影响及其作用路径。研究表明:首先,农村数字经济发展显著促进农户收入增长,并与农户收入差距之间存在“倒U型”关系。其次,对处于北方地区、高市场化程度地区和低人力资本组别的农户,数字经济增收效应与分配效应更强。机制检验证实,农村数字经济可通过优化农户家庭劳动力要素与土地要素配置影响其收入水平。进一步分析发现,数字鸿沟是阻碍农村数字经济充分发挥共富效应的关键桎梏。因此,应持续提升农村数字经济发展水平、解除生产要素流动限制、差异化分类施策及妥善应对数字鸿沟问题,使农户充分享受数字红利,为扎实推进农村共同富裕有效赋能。
This study employs theoretical analysis and econometric modeling,leveraging the county-level rural economic digitalization development index and micro-level matching data from the China Family Panel Studies,to empirically examine the dual mechanisms by which the rural digital economy influences farmers common prosperity,focusing on“income growth”and“distance reduction.”The findings indicate:Firstly,the development of the rural digital economy substantially bolsters rural household income growth,albeit displaying an inverted U-shaped relationship with income disparity.Secondly,heterogeneous effects analysis reveals more pronounced income-boosting and distributive impacts among rural households in northern regions,areas with higher marketization levels,and those with lower human capital endowments.Mechanism tests affirm that the rural digital economy can elevate rural household income levels by optimizing the allocation of labor and land resources.Further analysis identifies the digital divide as a significant barrier impeding the comprehensive realization of shared prosperity.Accordingly,it is imperative to persist in enhancing the development of the rural digital economy,alleviate restrictions on the mobility of production factors,implement differentiated and targeted policies,and appropriately mitigate the digital divide,thereby enabling rural households to fully reap the digital dividend and effectively drive the advancement of rural common prosperity.
