摘要
结构转型是推动资源再配置与效率提升,进而实现共同富裕的核心路径。文章围绕“结构转型如何实现农民共富”这一主线,梳理国内外相关研究进展与争论,并在明确共同富裕理论内涵的基础上,将结构转型划分为宏观经济、农业产业与微观主体三个维度,分别探讨其共富作用机制与潜在风险。研究发现,结构转型可通过产业升级、劳动力转移与要素优化配置等途径实现农民共同富裕;但在制度供给不足或市场失灵时,也存在“抑平”风险,加剧区域与群体间不平等。未来研究应进一步关注异质性机制、空间效应与制度保障,构建兼顾效率与公平的分析框架。文章有助于深化对中国式现代化进程中结构转型与共富关系的理解,并为相关政策设计提供理论参考。
In the historical process of moving towards common prosperity,structural transformation,as the core path of resource reallocation and efficiency improvement,is increasingly becoming the focus of academic and policy practices.Centering on the main line of“how structural transformation promotes farmers’common prosperity”,this paper systematically combs the relevant research progress and controversial focuses on common prosperity and structural transformation at home and abroad.On the basis of clarifying the political starting point and theoretical connotation of common prosperity,the paper divides structural transformation into three dimensions:macro-economy,agricultural industry and micro-subjects,and discusses their respective common prosperity action mechanisms and risk challenges.The study finds that:on the one hand,structural transformation can improve farmers’income level and narrow the urban-rural gap through promoting industrial upgrading,labor transfer,factor optimization and allocation,and has a significant common prosperity effect;on the other hand,under the conditions of insufficient institutional supply or market mechanism failure,structural transformation may also bring the risk of“suppressing equality”and aggravate regional and group inequality.Future research should further pay attention to the heterogeneous mechanisms,spatial effects and institutional guarantee conditions in the common prosperity path of structural transformation,and build an analytical framework integrating efficiency and fairness goals.This paper helps to deepen the understanding of the relationship between structural transformation and common prosperity in the process of Chinese-style modernization,and provides theoretical support for relevant policy design.
