摘要
目的:对比环泊酚与丙泊酚分别联合瑞芬太尼麻醉在无痛胃镜检查患者中的效果及安全性。方法:选取2024年1—6月荆州市第三人民医院收治的120例无痛胃镜检查患者,随机将患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组行丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,观察组行环泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉。对比两组苏醒情况、生命体征、应激反应、不良反应。结果:观察组自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间及定向力恢复时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组置入胃镜时(T_(1))、检查结束时(T_(2))时心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)高于对照组,甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)、肾上腺素(E)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉可更有效地稳定无痛胃镜检查患者的生命体征,控制应激反应,有助于患者快速苏醒,且不良反应更少。
Objective:To compare the application effect and safety of Ciprofol and Propofol combined with Remifentanil anesthesia respectively in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy examination.Method:A total of 120 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy who admitted to Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with Propofol combined with Remifentanil,and the observation group was anesthetized with Ciprofol combined with Remifentanil.The recovery,vital signs,stress response and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The spontaneous breathing recovery time,eye opening time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)at the endoscope was inserted(T_(1)),at the end of the examination(T_(2))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and epinephrine(E)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ciprofol combined with Remifentanil can more effectively stabilize the vital signs of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy examination,control stress reactions,help patients recover quickly,and have fewer adverse reactions.
