摘要
医院管理在现代化社会发展背景下呈现出智能化、信息化特点,构建与医院发展相适应的医德医风智慧考评体系对院内精神文化建设有积极作用。其能够通过提供更加人性化的优质服务进一步提升患者满意度,使患者感受到医护人员的尊重和关爱,进而营造和谐的医患氛围,这对于提升医院整体质量、增强医院综合竞争力也有极强的现实意义。但是,目前医院在医德医风智慧考评体系构建上仍存在不足,无法对满足患者临床需求、提升患者满意度起到良好的促进作用。对此,文章从现代医院管理制度的特点入手,分析医德医风智慧考评体系构建对于患者满意度的影响,并分析当前存在的主要问题,探讨出更加符合患者临床需求的医德医风智慧考评体系构建方法,以期进一步提高医疗服务质量,为医院的现代化建设提供参考资料。
Hospital management in the context of modern social development also presents intelligent,information characteristics,build and hospital development in line with the intelligent evaluation system for medical ethics and professional conduct for the construction of the hospital spiritual culture has an advantageous role,and the hospital can be more humane quality services to further enhance patient satisfaction,so that patients feel the respect and care of medical staff,and then realize the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient atmosphere,which is to enhance the overall quality of the hospital,enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital also has great practical significance.However,at present,hospitals still have deficiencies in the construction of the intelligent evaluation system for medical ethics and professional conduct,which cannot play a good role in promoting to meet the clinical needs of patients and enhance patient satisfaction.In this regard,this paper starts from the characteristics of the modern hospital management system,analyzes the influence of the intelligent evaluation system for medical ethics and professional conduct construction on patient's satisfaction,and analyzes the main problems existing at present.It explores the method of constructing an intelligent evaluation system for medical ethics and professional conduct that is more in line with the clinical needs of the patients,with a view to further improving the quality of medical services and providing information for the modernization and construction of hospitals for reference.
