摘要
本文简述了医德医风考评优化的重要意义,并就当下医德医风考评过程中所存在的一些问题进行了深入的分析,发现主要存在考评项目量化困难、考评工具落后、考评完全跟着“感觉走”、考评程序缺乏公信力等问题,针对这些存在的问题提出了几点有效优化医德医风考评的建议对策,如改变笼统的计分思想,细分量化计分、使用电子考评取代传统纸质考评、转变模糊考评模式,实行精准考评模式、将年终考评更改为月度、季度以及年度结合的综合考评模式、考评结果现行运用等,从多个角度出发阐述了需要公立医院注意的考评系统建设要点,希望能够为同行业工作者提供一些借鉴。
This paper briefly describes the importance of optimizing the evaluation of medical ethics and medical style,and makes an in-depth analysis of some problems existing in the current evaluation of medical ethics and medical style.It is found that there are mainly problems such as difficulty in quantifying evaluation items,backward evaluation tools,complete evaluation according to"feelings",and lack of credibility of evaluation procedures.In view of these existing problems,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to effectively optimize the evaluation of medical ethics and medical style,such as changing the general scoring idea,subdividing quantitative scoring,using electronic evaluation to replace traditional paper evaluation,and changing fuzzy evaluation mode;implementing the precise evaluation model,changing the year-end evaluation to a comprehensive evaluation model combining monthly,quarterly and annual,and the current application of evaluation results.From multiple perspectives,it expounds the key points of the evaluation system construction that need public hospitals to pay attention to,hoping to provide some references for workers in the same industry.
