摘要
变桨轴承是风力发电机组的重要组成部分,在运行期间,需要承受径/轴向载荷、倾覆力矩的作用,容易出现塑性变形、滚道磨损等失效问题。因此,重点研究变桨轴承结构参数的影响与优化,从初始接触角、沟曲率半径、滚道排距、钢球直径及数量这4个方面进行分析,并基于遗传算法实现结构参数优化,以保障变桨轴承的疲劳寿命最长,以及滚道应力最小。
Variable pitch bearings are an important part of wind turbines.During operation,they need to withstand radial/axial loads and overturning moments,and are prone to failure problems such as plastic deformation and raceway wear.Therefore,the focus is on the influence and optimization of the structural parameters of the variable pitch bearing,and the analysis is carried out from four aspects:initial contact angle,groove curvature radius,raceway row spacing,steel ball diameter and number,and structural parameters are optimized based on genetic algorithms to ensure the longest fatigue life of variable pitch bearings and the least raceway stress.
