中原城市群土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化协调发展及影响因素 被引量:1

Coordinated development and influencing factors of land green use efficiency and new-type urbanization in Central Plains Urban Agglomerations

摘要 揭示中原城市群土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化的协调发展现状及影响因素,为中原城市群和其他地区推动区域高质量发展提供借鉴参考。基于2009—2021年中原城市群29个地市的面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型、耦合协调度模型、GTWR模型测度中原城市群的土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化水平,并揭示二者的协调发展状态以及协调发展的影响因素。结果表明:土地绿色利用效率均值由0.7427增长至0.8008,研究期末整体为较低效率,新型城镇化水平均值由0.2248增长至0.3863,研究期末整体为较低水平;土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化水平的耦合协调度实现稳定增长,均值由0.6221增长至0.7266,研究期末整体处于中级协调状态;经济发展、产业结构、生活质量和劳动力结构对土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化的协调发展表现为正向影响,土地使用表现为负向影响,而人口规模正由负向影响转为正向影响。由此认为,为实现城市土地绿色利用效率与新型城镇化的协调发展,区域之间应当加强协作、联动发展,从产业结构优化、土地集约利用、改善城市就业质量和加强基础设施建设等方面协同推进。 To reveal the coordinated development status and influencing factors of land green use efficiency and new-type urbanization in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,and provide reference for Central Plains Urban Agglomeration and other regions to promote regional high-quality development.Based on the panel data of 29 cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration from 2009 to 2021,this paper uses the super-efficiency SBM model,coupled coordination degree model and GTWR model to measure the land green use efficiency and new-type urbanization level of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,and reveals the coordinated development status of the two and the influencing factors of the coordinated development.The results showed that the average land green use efficiency increased from 0.7427 to 0.8008 at the end of the study period,and the average level of new urbanization increased from 0.2248 to 0.3863 at the end of the study period.The coupling coordination degree of land green use efficiency and new urbanization level increased steadily,with the average value increasing from 0.6221 to 0.7266,and the overall coordination was in an intermediate state at the end of the study period.Economic development,industrial structure,quality of life and labor force structure have a positive impact on the coordinated development of land green use efficiency and new urbanization,land use has a negative impact,and population size is changing from negative to positive.Therefore,in order to achieve the coordinated development of urban land green use efficiency and new urbanization,regional cooperation and linkage development should be strengthened,and coordinated promotion should be made from the aspects of industrial structure optimization,land intensive use,improving urban employment quality and strengthening infrastructure construction.
