摘要
新质生产力自提出以来便广受关注,是新时期自然资源部门履行“两统一”核心职责过程中必须考量的关键任务。在加快发展新质生产力时代背景下,自然资源管理从矿地融合延伸形成多要素、全链条、一体化的自然资源大融合管理新模式。本文重点关注自然资源大融合导向下地质工作在助力生态文明建设、保障能源资源安全、推进自然资源融合、加强地质科技创新等方面承载的重要任务,提出新时期地质工作融合发展策略:(1)保障自然资源多要素稳定供给,促进新质生产力产业链提振升级;(2)加强地质资源高效利用,激发形成地质领域绿色生产力;(3)强化地质安全保障,捍卫人民群众生命财产安全;(4)转变地质工作思路,融入自然资源融合发展大局。
The new quality productive forces have received widespread attention since its proposal.In the new period,developing new quality productive forces is a key task for the natural resources departments to fulfill its core responsibilities called“double unifications”.Under such circumstance,natural resources management has extended from integration of mining and land administration to form a new model of multi elements,full chain,and integrated natural resource integration management.This article focuses on the important tasks that geological work carries in promoting ecological civilization construction,ensuring energy and resource security,advancing natural resources integration,and strengthening geological technology innovation which is guided by the integration of natural resources,and propose innovative development strategies for geological work in the new period:(1)ensure a stable supply of multiple factors of natural resources and promote the upgrading of the new quality productive forces industry chain;(2)strengthen the efficient utilization of geological resources and stimulating the formation of green productivity in the geological field;(3)strengthen geological safety to defend the safety of people’s lives and property;(4)transform geological work ideas to integrate into the overall development of natural resource integration.
