摘要
为探讨摄食和短期饥饿对革胡子鲇(Clarias gariepinus)热耐受和低氧耐受能力的影响,在25℃条件下,分别测定摄食对照组、摄食组、饥饿对照组和饥饿组实验鱼的热耐受(临界高温CT_(max),临界低温CT_(min),致死高温LT_(max)和致死低温LT_(min))指标以及低氧耐受(临界氧压P_(crit),失衡点LOE)指标,并计算临界代谢率(MR_(pcrit))和边际代谢率(MR_(LOE))指标。结果表明:摄食后实验鱼的CT_(max)和LT_(max)均显著降低,P_(crit)和MR_(pcrit)均显著升高(P<0.05),CT_(min)、LT_(min)、LOE和MR_(LOE)无显著变化;饥饿后实验鱼的CT_(max)、LT_(max)和LT_(min)均显著降低,LOE则显著升高(P<0.05),CT_(min)、P_(crit)、MR_(pcrit)和MR_(LOE)无显著变化;摄食消化和短期饥饿胁迫在一定程度上削弱了革胡子鲇的高温耐受和低氧耐受能力,短期饥饿后其低温耐受能力增强,这与摄食消化和饥饿状态下革胡子鲇代谢率的变化及部分生理活动的调整有关。
To investigate the effects of feeding and short-term starvation on the thermal and hypoxia tolerance of Clarias gariepinus,the critical temperature(CT_(max) and CT_(min)),lethal temperature(LT_(max) and LT_(min)),critical oxygen pressure(P_(crit)) and the loss of equilibrium(LOE) of experimental fish were measured at 25 ℃.The critical metabolic rate(MR_(pcrit)) and marginal metabolic rate(MR_(LOE)) were calculated.The results showed that both CT_(max) and LT_(max) decreased significantly,whereas both P_(crit) and MR_(pcrit) increased significantly after feeding(P<0.05).The CT_(min),LT_(min),LOE,and MR_(LOE) showed no variation between the feeding group and feeding control group.In addition,CT_(max),LT_(max) and LT_(min) decreased significantly after starvation(P<0.05),while LOE was higher in starvation group than that in starvation control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CT_(min),P_(crit),MR_(pcrit),and MR_(LOE) between the starvation group and starvation control group.These results suggest that the heat and hypoxia tolerance of Clarias gariepinus were weakened by feeding digestion and short-term starvation stress,and that cold tolerance was enhanced after short-term starvation,which is related to the changes in metabolic rate and adjustments in some physiological functions of Clarias gariepinus during feeding digestion and starvation.
