介绍了一种合成1-(4′-磺酸基苯基)-3-羧酸甲酯-5-吡唑啉酮单钾盐的方法,以对氨基苯磺酸和DMAS为原料,经重氮、缩合闭环及钾盐取代等步骤制得。高效液相色谱检测纯度>92%,可作为标准样品应用于食品添加剂柠檬黄的检测,对其进行定性与定量分析,具有重要的实际意义和研究价值。
A synthetic method for 1H-Pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid,4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1-(4-sulfophenyl)-,3-methyl ester,potassium salt was introduced with 4-Amino-benzenesulfonic acid monosodium salt and DMAS as raw materials.The synthesis involved diazotization,cyclization,and potassium salt substitution.Determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),the purity exceeded 92%.This compound can serve as a reference material for the detection of the food additive tartrazine,offering significant practical and research value in the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
