A Study in Synthesis of High-purity Tartrazine

摘要 对柠檬黄商品作了有机杂质的定性分析。并在此基础上综合运用跟踪在线控制、相转移催化、膜分离等新技术,研制出高纯度柠檬黄,质量达到美国食用化学品法典(FCCⅤ)柠檬黄标准。 In this paper, the organic impurities in commercial Tartrazine are qualitatively analyzed, and on the base of it, High-purity Tartrazine is developed, which has the quality reaching the criterion of FCC V, by applying the techniques of on-line txacking, phase transfer catalysis and membrane separation.
