摘要
地方高校在科技成果转化过程中承担着推动区域经济发展的重要责任。围绕地方高校科技成果转化体系建设,探讨其主要构成要素,分析内部治理与激励机制、企业需求与市场导向以及区域创新生态系统等对转化体系的影响机制,从高校内部改革、企业深度参与、区域产业结构调整及“政产学研用”协同创新等方面提出发展路径,旨在通过多方协同提升高校科技成果的市场化和产业化水平。
Local universities bear significant responsibilities in promoting regional economic development through the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Focusing on the construction of the transformation system for scientific and technological achievements in local universities,this study explores its core components and analyzes the influencing mechanisms of internal governance and incentive mechanisms,enterprise demands and market orientation,as well as the regional innovation ecosystem.It proposes development pathways from the perspectives of internal university reforms,deep participation of enterprises,regional industrial structure adjustment,and the collaborative innovation of"government,industry,university,research,and application."The aim is to enhance the marketization and industrialization levels of scientific and technologic achievements through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
