摘要
在教育信息化2.0背景下,地方高校智慧校园的建设面临数据治理与管理效率的挑战。从智慧校园数据治理的现状出发,深入分析了数据质量、安全隐患、信息孤岛及数据利用率低等核心问题,并提出具体的技术解决路径,包括数据治理的顶层设计与标准化策略、组织架构与职责划分、数据质量管理及隐私保护。为实现数据资源的高效整合与优化,研究构建了数据中台、跨部门数据共享机制和数据开放平台,从而提升教育管理的科学决策能力。为促进智慧校园的长效发展,进一步探讨了数据治理能力建设和监督体系的构建,为地方高校的信息化管理提供可持续发展路径。
In the context of Educational Informatization 2.0,the development of smart campuses in vocational colleges faces challenges in data governance and management efficiency.Starting from the current state of data governance in smart campuses,this study provides an in-depth analysis of core issues,including data quality,security risks,information silos,and low data utilization.Specific technical solutions are proposed.To enable efficient integration and optimization of data resources,the research constructs a data middle platform,cross-departmental data-sharing mechanisms,and an open data platform,thereby enhancing scientific decision-making in educational management.For the sustainable development of smart campuses,the study further explores capacity building for data governance and the establishment of a supervisory system,offering a sustainable path for information management in vocational colleges.
