摘要
高校数据治理面临缺乏有效机制、集成和共享困难、质量不高等问题,严重制约了高校数据资源的有效利用和价值最大化。为了解决这些问题,文章提出了一套数据治理体系,在建立健全规章制度和数据治理组织的基础上,对数据治理的阶段进行划分,明确了各阶段的数据治理目标和事项,使得数据治理更加有序和高效;同时依托先进的数据中台技术构建多个功能模块,达到数据全周期、全流程、可视化的管理目标,大大提高了数据的共享程度和利用效率,为学校的可持续发展提供强大的数据支撑。
Data governance in colleges and universities faces problems such as the lack of effective mechanisms,difficulties in integration and sharing,and low quality,which seriously restrict the effective use and value maximization of university data resources.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a set of data governance system.On the basis of establishing and improving rules and regulations and data governance organizations,the stages of data governance are divided,and the data governance goals and matters of each stage are clarified,making data governance more orderly and efficient.At the same time,multiple functional modules are built based on advanced data middle platform technology to achieve the management goals of full cycle,full process and visualization of data,greatly improving the degree of data sharing and utilization efficiency,and providing strong data support for the sustainable development of universities.
