TiH_(2)粉末对乳化炸药热分解特性和气体产物成分的影响

摘要 在乳化炸药中添加高热值储氢材料TiH_(2)粉末可以显著提高爆轰性能,但同时也可能会降低安全性能,限制了TiH_(2)粉末在乳化炸药中的推广与应用。为了研究含能添加剂TiH_(2)粉末对乳化炸药相容性和热稳定性的影响,采用TGA-FTIR联用仪分析了加入TiH_(2)粉末后乳化炸药的热分解特性和逸出气体产物的组成,利用落锤实验对乳化炸药撞击感度进行了测试。结果表明,TiH_(2)粉末可以降低乳化炸药的初始分解温度,促进热分解反应。纯乳化炸药样品的平均活化能为112.32 kJ/mol;当在乳化炸药中加入质量分数为6%的TiH_(2)粉末时,平均活化能降低为100.19 kJ/mol。根据热分析实验结果,探究了添加TiH_(2)粉末的乳化炸药的热分解机理。此外,添加TiH_(2)并未对乳化炸药的机械感度产生明显影响。有利于进一步了解储氢型乳化炸药的热分解特性及反应机理,为高能乳化炸药的配方优化和工业生产提供参考。 The addition of high calorific value hydrogen storage material of TiH_(2) powder to emulsion explosives could significantly improve detonation performance,but TiH_(2) powder may also reduce safety performance,limiting the promotion and application of TiH_(2) in emulsion explosives.In order to investigate the effect of energetic additive TiH_(2) powder on the compatibility and thermal stability of emulsion explosives,TGA-FTIR was used to study the thermal decomposition characteristics and gas product composition of emulsion explosives containing TiH_(2) powder.The impact sensitivity of explosives was tested using drop hammer tests.The results indicate that TiH_(2) powder can lower the initial decomposition tempe-rature of emulsion explosives and promote thermal decomposition reactions.The average activation energy of the pure emulsion explosive sample is 112.32 kJ/mol.When 6%TiH_(2) powder is added to the emulsion explosive,the average activation energy decreases to 100.19 kJ/mol.Based on the results of thermal analysis,the thermal decomposition mechanism of emulsion explosives with TiH_(2) powder was investigated.In addition,the addition of TiH_(2) did not have a significant effect on the mechanical sensitivity of emulsion explosives.It is helpful for further understanding the thermal decomposition characteristics and reaction mechanism of hydrogen storage emulsion explosives,providing references for the formulation optimization and industrial production of high-energy emulsion explosives.
