“三元四位五维”教学模式在正常产褥期管理教学中的应用

摘要 目的构建“三元四位五维”教学模式,应用于正常产褥期管理教学中并探究其效果。方法随机选取2022级中高职对接助产班25名学生为对照组,25名学生为试验组。对照组依据教材内容开展传统教学,试验组实施“三元四位五维”教学模式。教学结束后比较两组的考核成绩、教学前后试验组自主学习能力和职业认同感的变化,并调查试验组对教学模式的评价。结果教学后试验组在课堂评、校内拓展评、医院评、企业评、社会评5个维度的考核成绩及总评成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;教学后试验组自主学习能力及职业认同感均高于教学前,差异有统计学意义;试验组对教学模式满意度较高。结论“三元四位五维”教学模式应用于正常产褥期管理教学中,能有效提升该项目教学质量,提高学生自主学习能力和职业认同感,值得推广应用。 Objective To construct a"three elements,four positions and five dimensions"teaching model,apply it to normal postpartum management teaching to explore the effectiveness.Methods Randomly select 25 Grade 2022 higher vocational students from midwifery class as the control group and 25 students as the experimental group.The control group received traditional teaching based on the textbook content,while the experimental group received the"three elements,four positions and five dimensions"teaching model.Compared the assessment scores of the two groups after teaching,the changes in self-taught ability and professional identity of the experimental group before and after teaching,and investigate the evaluation of the teaching model by the experimental group.Results After teaching,the experimental group′s assessment scores and total assessment scores in five dimensions of classroom assessment,school expansion assessment,hospital assessment,enterprise assessment and social assessment were higher than those in control group,and the difference was being significant.After teaching,the self-taught ability and professional identity of the experimental group were higher than those before teaching,and the difference was being significant;The experimental group showed high satisfaction with the teaching model.Conclusion The application of the"three elements,four positions and five dimensions"teaching model in normal postpartum management teaching can effectively improve the quality of this project,enhance students′self-taught ability and professional identity,and is worthy of promotion and application.
