摘要
为了获得满足应力约束下双稳态壳结构第二稳态更为稳定的最优结构,首先,建立双稳态壳结构的有限元模型,采用ABAQUS软件对稳态转变过程进行了数值仿真分析;其次,探讨碳纤维铺层厚度、铺层角度和初始面半径对第二稳态构型的影响规律。此外,采用响应面方法,以双稳态壳结构的几何参数为设计变量,以多因素优化为目标,对双稳态壳结构进行优化设计,得到力学性能最佳的参数组合为初始横截面半径R为15 mm,铺层角度θ为43.78°,厚度T为0.125 mm。
In order to obtain the optimal structure that satisfies the stress constraints,the finite element model of the bistable shell structure was first established,and the steady-state transition process was numerically simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS software.Secondly,the influence of carbon fiber ply thickness,ply angle and initial surface radius on the second steady state configuration was discussed.In addition,the response surface method was used to optimize the design of the bistable shell structure with the geometric parameters of the bistable shell structure as the design variable,and the multi-factor optimization as the goal.After the optimized design,the best combination of mechanical properties was the initial cross-sectional radius R of 15 mm,the ply angle of 43.78°and the thickness T of 0.125 mm.
