摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,关键在于振兴乡村教育。当前城市化、标准化的发展并不是乡村教育发展的理想趋势。扎根“地方”实际开展教育教学的在地化教育理念提供了探索乡村学校教育改革和发展的新路径。乡村学校开展在地化教育的价值在于:有助于学生全面成长、有助于乡村学校特色化发展、有助于乡村人才的培养与储备、有助于乡村文化的传承和创新、有助于乡村治理的优化及完善。乡村学校开展在地化教育面临以下困境:乡村学校与乡村文化“失联”,乡村教育“失魂”,乡村教师专业发展“失根”。基于此,实现乡村学校在地化教育的路径主要有建设以乡土文化为底蕴的学校文化,开发以乡土资源为特色的乡村学校课程体系,以及发挥乡村教师乡土性的专业特质。
Revitalizing rural education is essential to the successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The prevailing trends of urbanization and standardization do not offer ideal pathways for the sustainable development of rural education.The concept of place-based education,which emphasizes grounding educational practices in local contexts,provides new directions for reforming and advancing rural schooling.Place-based education in rural schools holds significant value:it supports students'holistic development,promotes the distinctive advancement of rural schools,cultivates and reserves local talents,preserves and innovates rural culture,and enhances rural governance.Nevertheless,rural schools face several challenges in promoting place-based education,including the disconnection between schools and local culture,the erosion of the rural educational spirit,and the weakening of the foundations for rural teachers'professional growth.In response,the implementation of place-based education should focus on fostering school cultures rooted in local traditions,developing curricula that highlight local resources,and enhancing rural teachers'capacity to integrate indigenous knowledge into their professional expertise.
