摘要
从多相流模拟、传热传质过程模拟以及反应器改进等3方面综述了国内外催化裂化提升管反应器数值模拟的研究进展,并指出:需要对曳力模型、颗粒团聚模型等进行修正,建立具有普适性的集总动力学模型,开发基于基准假组分模型及分子动力学模型的新模型,基于数值模拟加强对反应器的改进及放大等。
The research progress on numerical simulation for riser reactor in fluid catalytic cracking unit were reviewed from three aspects of multiphase flow simulation,heat and mass transfer process simulation,and reactor improvement at home and abroad with 66 references.It pointed out that it was necessary to revising drag models and particle aggregation models,and establishing universal lumped kinetic models,and developing new models based on benchmark pseudo component models and molecular dynamics models,and strengthening the improvement and amplification of reactors based on numerical simulation.
