固定床渣油加氢装置运行周期影响因素及对策

摘要 为解决固定床渣油加氢装置运行周期短、与炼油厂检修周期不同步的问题,分析了影响装置长周期运行的主要因素,并提出应对措施。结果表明:影响固定床渣油加氢装置长周期运行的原因主要有反应器出口温度达到上限、床层压降升高、床层出现热点、高压换热器严重结垢等;使用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的PHR系列渣油加氢催化剂与级配技术、可切出上流式或双保护在线可切出反应器工艺技术、专家诊断系统或催化剂剖析平台技术等应对措施,可有效帮助炼油厂延长装置运行周期。 In order to solve the problems of short operation cycle and asynchronous maintenance cycle between fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit and refinery,the main factors influencing long-term operation of the unit were analyzed,and corresponding measures were proposed.The results showed that the main reasons affecting the long-term operation of the fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit were the reactor outlet temperature reaching the upper limit,the increase in bed pressure drop,the occurrence of hot spots in the bed,and severe scaling of the high-pressure heat exchanger.The use of the PHR series residue hydrogenation catalyst and grading technology developed by Petrochemical Research Institute of PetroChina,the process technology of switchable upstream or dual protection online switchable reactor,expert diagnostic system or catalyst analysis platform technology and other measures could help refinery extending the operating cycle of their unit effectively.
