上流式反应器渣油加氢催化剂失活特征及对策

摘要 在中化泉州石化有限公司3.3 Mt/a渣油加氢处理装置考察了上流式反应器和固定床反应器(UFR/VRDS)组合工艺渣油加氢催化剂(RM系列和SRH系列)的运行状况,分析了催化剂失活特征和规律,并提出应对措施。结果表明:UFR催化剂最先失活,其次固定床第2、第3反应器在承担更多脱金属作用后在运行中后期先后出现催化剂失活,第4、第5反应器催化剂活性相对较好;UFR催化剂容金属能力、积炭量均低于固定床脱金属催化剂,存在级配催化剂失活不同步的问题;通过优化催化剂级配、采用两段式“组合换剂”的优化方案,将脱硫催化剂使用时间由330 d延长至超过600 d,催化剂利用率提高了33.2%,节约25%的新鲜催化剂,有效降低了装置催化剂使用成本。 The operation status of residue hydrogenation catalysts(RM series and SRH series)in the combination process of upflow reactor and fixed bed reactor(UFR/VRDS)was investigated in 3.3 Mt/a residue hydrotreating unit of Quanzhou Petrochemical Co Ltd of SINOCHEM.The deactivation characteristics and rules of catalysts were analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed.The results showed that UFR catalyst deactivated first,followed by the fixed bed reactors of No.2 and No.3,which experienced catalyst deactivation in the later stages of operation after taking on more demetallation.The catalyst activity in reactors of No.4 and No.5 was good relatively.The metal holding capacity and carbon deposition of UFR catalyst were lower than those of fixed bed demetallation catalyst,and there was a problem of asynchronous deactivation of graded catalyst.By optimizing the catalyst grading and adopting a two-stage"combination agent exchange"optimization scheme,the usage time of desulfurization catalyst was extended from 330 d to over 600 d,catalyst utilization rate was increased by 33.2%,and fresh catalyst was saved by 25%.The catalyst cost of the unit was reduced effectively.
