摘要
常规1.8°混合式步进电动机定子铁心由8个均匀分布的大极组成,每个大极上均匀分布若干小齿。研究了一种特殊定子结构的混合式步进电动机,其定子通过4个不均匀分布的大极实现与8个定子极相同的步距角,实现绕组进一步集中。通过理论分析和静态有限元计算,得出结论,改进型结构电机在自定位力矩和保持力矩方面均优于相同材料、相同尺寸的常规混合式步进电动机,在航空、航天等特殊应用领域实现了显著的减轻电机质量的效果。
The stator core of a conventional 1.8°hybrid stepper motor consists of 8 evenly distributed large poles,each with several evenly spaced small teeth.The investigated a hybrid stepper motor with a special stator structure,in which the stator achieves the same step angle with 8 stator poles through 4 unevenly distributed large stator poles,enabling further concentration of the winding.Through theoretical analysis and static finite element calculations,it was concluded that the incproved structure motor outperforms the conventional structure hybrid stepper motor of the same material and size in both self-positioning torque and holding torque,achieving a significant weight reduction effect in special application fields such as aerospace.
