摘要
研究轴向分相混合式永磁步进电动机自定位力矩的设计,并提出在定子参数、转子齿形参数和磁钢参数一定的情况下通过调整转子铁心长度进行自定位力矩设计的方法。通过实例样机表明,该设计为轴向分相混合步进电动机的研制提供了重要依据。
The holding torque principle of the axial split phase hybrid type permanent magnet stepper motor was analyzed. A method was presented by adjust length of rotor iron core to develop the holding torque. The sample indicate that this design provides an important reference for the development of axia split phase hybird type permanent magnet stepper motor.
