摘要
分析在门诊患者静脉输液管理中护理风险管理的实施效果。以2023年6月—2024年9月为研究时间,纳入100例在此阶段接受门诊静脉输液治疗的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组、对照组,每组各50例,前者实施护理风险管理,后者实施常规护理管理,针对两组患者的护理差异性实施比较分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组静脉输液风险事件总发生率更低(P<0.05);观察组焦虑及抑郁心理状态评分更低(P<0.05);观察组护理质量更高(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,予以门诊静脉输液患者护理风险管理,能够有效降低静脉输液风险事件的发生概率并调节患者的心理状态,提高患者的护理质量及满意度,具有较高应用价值。
To analyze the specifi c implementation effect of nursing risk management in the management of outpatient intravenous infusion.From June 2023 to September 2024 was set as the research period,and 100 patients who received outpatient intravenous infusion treatment during this stage were included as the research subjects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The former implemented nursing risk management,and the latter implemented routine nursing management.A comparative analysis was carried out regarding the nursing differences between the two groups of patients.The results showed that compared with the control group,the total incidence of intravenous infusion risk events in the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression psychological states in the observation group were lower(P<0.05);the nursing quality in the observation group was higher(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The study found that implementing nursing risk management for outpatients receiving intravenous infusion can effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of intravenous infusion risk events,regulate the psychological state of patients,improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients,and has high application value.
