摘要
目的分析风险管理在门诊护理管理中的应用效果,以提升护理质量和患者满意度。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月福建省龙岩市第二医院的70名护理人员及236例患者作为研究对象,其中2022年2月至8月实施常规护理管理的35名护理人员及118例患者设为对照组,2022年9月至2023年2月实施风险管理措施的35名护理人员及118例患者设为观察组。比较两组护理人员的综合能力评分、理论考核及操作考核合格率,以及患者风险事件发生率、护理差错率、患者并发症发生率、满意度变化。结果观察组护理人员的综合能力评分、理论考核合格率和操作考核合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理差错率、风险事件总发生率、并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在门诊护理管理中的应用效果显著,有助于提升护理人员的专业能力,保障护理安全,提高患者满意度,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management in outpatient nursing management in order to improve nursing quality and patients'satisfaction.Methods A total of 70 nursing staff and 236 patients from the Second Hospital of Longyan from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,among which 35 nursing staff and 118 patients who implemented routine nursing management from February to August 2022 were selected as the control group.Thirty-five caregivers and 118 patients who implemented risk management measures from September 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group.The comprehensive ability scores,the pass rate of theoretical assessment and operational assessment,as well as the incidence of patient risk events,nursing error rate,patient complication rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive ability score,the qualified rate of theoretical assessment and the qualified rate of operational assessment of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The nursing error rate,the total incidence of risk events and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing service in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of risk management in outpatient nursing management is significant,which is helpful to improve the professional ability of nursing staff,ensure nursing safety,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
