氯化钙对水淹胁迫后三角梅生理特性的影响

Effects of Calcium Chloride on Physiological Characteristics of Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd.After Waterlogging

摘要 以2 a龄大红三角梅盆栽为研究对象,以水淹胁迫后正常管理为对照组,设置不同浓度氯化钙对水淹胁迫后的三角梅进行灌溉处理,测定与光合作用、抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质等相关的10项指标,并结合主成分分析和隶属函数分析,探讨外源氯化钙对水淹胁迫后三角梅生理特性的影响及其最佳缓解浓度。结果表明:外源氯化钙处理显著提高了三角梅叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度及气孔导度;能显著降低相对电导率和丙二醛含量,同时提高了3种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)的活性和可溶性蛋白含量,表明外源氯化钙在一定程度上缓解了水淹胁迫对三角梅的损害。通过主成分分析和隶属函数分析得出不同浓度氯化钙的缓解效果排序:20 mmol/L>30 mmol/L>10 mmol/L。 The two-year-old potted Bougainvillea spectabilis’Crimsonlake’was taken as the research subject,and normal management after waterlogging was taken as the control group.Different concentrations of calcium chloride were used to irrigate B.spectabilis’Crimsonlake’after waterlogging.Ten indicators related to photosynthesis,antioxidant enzyme activity,and osmotic adjustment substances,etc.were measured.Principal component analysis and membership function analysis were performed to explore the effects of exogenous calcium chloride on the physiological characteristics of B.spectabilis’Crimsonlake’after waterlogging and the optimal concentration of calcium chloride for alleviating waterlogging stress.The results showed that different concentrations of calcium chloride significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,and stomatal conductance of leaves.In addition,calcium chloride significantly reduced the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content,while increasing the activities of three antioxidant enzymes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)]and the content of soluble protein.The results indicated that exogenous calcium chloride to some extent alleviated the damage of waterlogging stress to B.spectabilis’Crimsonlake’.The principal component analysis and membership function analysis suggested that the alleviating effects of calcium chloride at different concentrations were in the order of 20 mmol/L>30 mmol/L>10 mmol/L.
