摘要
随着低碳经济的发展,碳金融发展对能源消费结构转型的影响效应研究对促进可持续发展具有重要意义。选取30个省份2010年—2021年的面板数据,运用固定效应模型和空间杜宾模型进行实证回归检验。研究结果显示:碳金融发展有效促进我国能源消费结构的转型;技术创新是碳金融发展助推能源消费结构转型的重要中介传导机制;碳金融发展对能源消费结构转型的影响呈现显著的空间溢出效应,且能源消费结构的转型具有时间惯性。基于上述结论,提出我国应推进碳金融水平发展,促进技术创新,统筹协调省际资源和要素市场化配置,提升碳金融发展优化能源消费结构的空间效应,实施渐进式政策推进能源消费结构的转型,实现绿色可持续发展目标。
With the development of the low carbon economy,research on the impact of carbon finance development on the transformation of energy consumption structure is of great significance for promoting sustainable development.Panel data from 30 provinces from 2010 to 2021 were selected,and empirical regression testing was carried out using the fixed effects model and the spatial Dobin model.The research results show that:the development of carbon finance effectively promotes the transformation of China’s energy consumption structure;technological innovation is an important intermediary transmission mechanism for the development of carbon finance to promote the transformation of energy consumption structure;the impact of carbon finance development on the transformation of energy consumption structure presents significant spatial spillover effects,and the transformation of energy consumption structure has time inertia.Based on the above conclusions,it is proposed that China should promote the development of carbon finance,promote technological innovation,coordinate the market-oriented allocation of inter-provincial resources and factors,enhance the spatial effect of carbon finance development and optimization of energy consumption structure,and implement progressive policies to promote the transformation of energy consumption structure,to achieve the goal of green and sustainable development.
