摘要
我国绿色金融理论和实践都处于探索阶段,理论创新相对滞后。绿色金融发展程度和深度,特别是在应对气候变化融资方面,与发达国家相比差距较大。大力推动绿色融资创新的先决条件,在于健全绿色金融体系。同时,要不断完善绿色金融法律法规,稳步推进碳市场建设,加强宏观经济政策的协调,加强气候融资的国际间合作。
China＇s green finance both in theory and in practice is at the stage of exploration. The innovation in theory still cannot satisfy the requirements of practice. There are great gaps between China and developed countries in the extent and depth of green finance development,which is especially obvious in the funding of climate change. The prerequisite condition in promoting green finance innovation is the improvement of the green financial system. At the same time,we must continue to improve the green financial laws and regulations,steadily promote the construction of carbon markets,strengthen macroeconomic policy coordination,and strengthen international cooperation in climate financing.
