摘要
为提高JH油田剩余油的开采效率,作业中常采用老井侧钻或小井眼尾管固井方式。实际生产过程中,受多压力层系、盐膏层蠕动、高压盐水层等复杂地质因素制约,尾管固井存在“溢漏同存”、顶替效率不高、盐水污染水泥浆、增产采收等难题,对水泥环损伤较大。针对JH油田复杂地层尾管固井难题,通过“双凝双密度”浆柱结构设计、钻井液性能调整及程序控压固井等工艺实现控压顶替技术,提高环空顶替效率;采用高强度抗盐防漏增韧水泥浆体系,解决盐水对水泥浆污染、易漏、薄水泥环易损等问题;采用清水替浆和不留上塞工艺等配套辅助工艺,全面提高固井质量,形成了一套适用于JH油田复杂地层的尾管固井技术。该技术在JH油田应用6井次,固井优质率均达100%,取得了较好的效果,为国内中东部老油田复杂地层尾管固井提供技术参考。
To improve the efficiency of remaining oil extraction in JH Oilfield,it is common to use existing well sidetracking or small wellbore liner cementing methods.In actual production process,due to the influence of complex geological factors such as multiple pressure layers,creep of paste salt layer and high pressure salt water layer,there are difficult problems in liner cementing,such as"overflow and leakage",low displacement efficiency,salt water contaminating cement slurry,and great damage to cement ring caused by increased production and recovery.In order to solve the problems,the turbulent controlled pressure displacement technology is realized through the"double condensate and double density"slurry column structure design,drilling fluid performance adjustment and variable displacement controlled pressure cementing technology to improve the annular displacement efficiency.The high strength salt-resistant leak-proof toughening cement slurry system is adopted to solve the problems of salt water pollution to cement slurry,leakage,and damage of thin cement ring.The use of water slurry and no-plug technology to improve the quality of cementing and reduce the complexity of wellbore,which is to form a set of complex formation liner cementing technology in JH oilfield.The technology has been applied to 6 Wells in JH Oilfiled,and the cementing quality rate is 100%,which provides a technical reference for liner cementing of complex formation in old oil fields in central and eastern China.
