摘要
A8井是东海海域西湖凹陷区块的一口大位移开发井。Φ177.8 mm尾管悬挂固井存在井底地层温度高、地质情况复杂、环空浆柱压稳防漏矛盾突出、井眼清洁难度高、水泥顶替效率低等一系列问题,通过优选聚合物防气窜水泥浆体系、抗污染油基冲洗隔离液一体化技术以及相应的配套工艺技术等措施,有效保证了固井施工顺利完成,固井质量合格,为后续的完井作业打下良好的基础。该井尾管固井作业成功经验,能够为后续东海大位移井尾管固井作业提供一定的帮助。
A8 well is an extended reach development well deployed in the Xihu Sag area of the East China Sea.TheΦ177.8 mm liner suspension cementing has a series of problems such as high formation temperature at the bottom of the hole,complex geological conditions,prominent pressure stability and leakage prevention of the annular slurry column,high difficulty in cleaning the hole,and low cement displacement efficiency.By optimizing the polymer anti-blow-by cement slurry system,anti-pollution oil-base washing isolator integration technology and corresponding supporting technology,effectively ensure the successful completion of cementing construction,cement quality is qualified,and lay a good foundation for subsequent completion operations.The successful experience of the liner cementing operation in this well can provide some help for the subsequent liner cementing operation in the East China Sea extended reach well.
