摘要
随着环境问题的加剧和不可再生石油资源的短缺,绿色环保无醛胶黏剂的开发和应用已经迫在眉睫。蛋白质在自然界中资源丰富,以其为原料开发的蛋白基胶黏剂具有环保、生物相容性好、可生物降解等优点,是传统的醛基胶黏剂的良好替代品。基于其不可忽视的优势,蛋白基胶黏剂受到越来越多的关注。文中综述了近几年蛋白基胶黏剂的研究进展,介绍了蛋白基胶黏剂的分类,详细阐述了蛋白基胶黏剂的合成机理及制备方法,最后对蛋白基胶黏剂面临的挑战以及未来的发展趋势进行了总结和展望。
With the aggravation of environmental problems and the shortage of non-renewable petroleum resources,the development and application of green and environmentally friendly aldehyde-free adhesives have become imminent.Proteins are abundant in nature,and protein-based adhesives developed from them have the advantages of environmental protection,good biocompatibility and biodegradability,which are good substitutes for traditional aldehyde-based adhesives.Based on their non-negligible advantages,protein-based adhesives have received more and more attention.This paper reviewed the research progress of protein-based adhesives in recent years,introduced the classification of protein-based adhesives,elaborated the synthesis mechanism and preparation method of protein-based adhesives,and finally summarized and looked forward to the challenges faced by protein based adhesives as well as future development trends.
