摘要
目的 避免葡萄糖注射液中 5 -羟甲基糠醛 ( 5 -HMF)含量的超标 ,尽可能地降低吸收度。方法 通过对葡萄糖注射液的不同温度、受热时间和灭菌后的散热方式的比较 ,找出最有效降低 A值的方法。结果 温度 90℃持续 6h以上引起了 A值的较大变化 ,且受热时间越长或温度越高 ,A值越大。 结论 葡萄糖注射液灭菌后尽快出锅 ,及时散热、降温是降低 5 -HMF含量的关键。
OBJECTIVE To avoid super content of 5-HMF in glucose injection and reduce the absorptivity to the least.METHODS Through comparison with the different temperatures of glucose solution, time of being heated and radioactive ways after sterilization, we can find out the most effective way to lower absorbance value.RESULTS At the of 90℃, lasting over 6h, absorbance value will change greatly. The longer heated time lasts and the higher the temperature given, the greater the absorbance value will be.CONCLUSION After sterilization, glucose injection should be taken out of the boiler as quickly as possible. Dispersing the heat and lowering its temperature in time is the key to reduce the content of 5-HMF.
