盐胁迫下 4种草本花卉种子萌发特性比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了探究盐胁迫对万寿菊、蜀葵、波斯菊和百日草等4种草本花卉种子萌发的影响,设置不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理,测定发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等生理指标。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增加,4种草本花卉的萌发参数均呈下降趋势。在2.5%NaCl浓度下,万寿菊、百日草和蜀葵无法发芽,而波斯菊仍有8.00%的发芽率,表现出较强的耐盐性。波斯菊在2.0%NaCl浓度下胚芽和胚根生长良好,而其他花卉则受抑制。4种草本花卉的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均随NaCl浓度先升后降,波斯菊在1.5%NaCl浓度下达最大值。波斯菊的丙二醛(MDA)含量最低,脯氨酸(Pro)含量在2.0%NaCl浓度下最高。综合分析发芽和生理指标,4种草本花卉的耐盐能力依次为波斯菊>万寿菊>百日草>蜀葵。 In order to explore the effects of salt stress on the seed germination of four herbaceous flowers,namely Tagetes erecta,Alcea rosea,Cosmos bipinnatus and Zinnia elegans,physiological indicators such as germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index,embryo bud length and embryo root length were determined by setting up NaCl solutions of different concentrations for treatment.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination parameters of the four kinds of flowers all showed a downward trend.At a NaCl concentration of 2.5%,Tagetes erecta,Zinnia elegans and Alcea rosea failed to germinate,while Cosmos bipinnatus still had a germination rate of 8.00%,demonstrating strong salt tolerance.The embryo buds and embryo roots of Cosmos bipinnatus grew well at a NaCl concentration of 2.0%,while those of other flowers were inhibited.The activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase of the four kinds of flowers all increased first and then decreased with the NaCl concentration.Cosmos bipinnatus reached the maximum value at a NaCl concentration of 1.5%.The malondialdehyde content of Cosmos bipinnatus was the lowest,and the proline content was the highest at a NaCl concentration of 2.0%.Based on the comprehensive analysis of germination and physiological indicators,the salt tolerance of the four flowers ranked from strong to weak in the order of Cosmos bipinnatus,Tagetes erecta,Zinnia elegans,Alcea rosea.
