不同盐浓度对四个品种番茄种子萌发和幼苗芽长的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Different NaCl Concentrations on Seed Germination and Young Seedling Growth of Four Varieties of Tomato

摘要 以4个适宜新疆栽培的加工番茄品种为试材,研究盐胁迫对4种加工番茄种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,确立加工番茄材料种子萌发盐胁迫浓度临界值和极限值,筛选出加工番茄种子萌发期高耐品种,以期为加工番茄耐盐品种的早期选育提供参考依据。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加,番茄种子的发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度呈下降趋势,不同番茄品种耐盐性表现不同;与对照处理相比,25 mmol·L-1 NaCl处理时仅有TH5501和TH8501的发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度显著下降,但促进TH8胚根长增加;50 mmol·L-1 NaCl处理时TH8芽长仍未显著下降,此时TH306的发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度显著下降;100 mmol·L-1 NaCl处理时,TH8的发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长度才显著下降。通过模拟回归曲线,分析TH5501、TH8、TH8501、TH306种子萌发时期对盐分的临界值和极限值分别为47 mmol·L-1和109 mmol·L-1、94 mmol·L-1和184 mmol·L-1、25 mmol·L-1和108 mmol·L-1、53 mmol·L-1和173 mmol·L-1,且盐分对4种番茄品种种子萌发幼苗根长的抑制程度高低顺序为TH8501<TH5501<TH306<TH8。因此,仅有加工番茄TH8适合在一定含盐量的盐渍土地上种植。 Four kinds of processed tomatoes suitable for cultivation in Xinjiang were used as test materials,the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of four kinds of processed tomatoes were studied,and the critical concentration of salt stress on seed germination of processed tomato materials was established.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl,the germination rate,germination index and radicle length of tomato seeds showed a decreasing trend,and different tomato varieties showed different salt-tolerant responses to salt stress.Compared with the control treatment,the germination rate,germination index and radicle length of TH5501 and TH8501 were significantly decreased at 25 mmol·L-1 treatment,radicle length of TH8 was significantly increased.When treated with 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl,the germination rate,germination index and radicle length of TH8 still did not significantly decrease,but the germination rate,germination index and radicle length of TH306 significantly decreased.Only with 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl treatment,the germination rate,germination index and radicle length of TH8 decreased significantly.By simulating the regression curve,the critical and limit values of salinity at the germination stage of TH5501,TH8,TH8501 and TH306 were analyzed as 47 mmol·L-1 and 109 mmol·L-1,94 mmol·L-1 and 184 mmol·L-1,25 mmol·L-1 and 108 mmol·L-1,53 mmol·L-1 and 173 mmol·L-1,respectively.In addition,the degree of inhibition of salt on root length of germination seedlings of four tomato varieties was ranked as TH8501<TH5501<TH306<TH8.Therefore,only the processed tomato TH8 was suitable for growing in saline-alkali soil with certain salt content.
