摘要
以需求和目标为导向是推进现代学科设置与布局调整的关键因素。地方应用型普通本科高校学科建设应以面向区域经济社会发展需求为主,兼顾面向知识创新和面向创新能力的需要,依托学科专业一体化建设发展学科方向,凝练学科特色,深化产学研融合,培育“双师型”教师队伍和培养应用型人才,打造与区域经济社会发展紧密结合的科研创新平台和实践教学基地,强化政校行企协同育人,实现学科各要素建设融合创新发展。该文以山东青年政治学院为例从学科方向建设、人才培养方法与实践、学科队伍建设和学科平台建设等方面探讨学科建设的方法和实践问题,对地方应用型本科高校学科建设具有一定的指导意义。
Demand and goal oriented are the key factors in promoting the modern discipline construction.The discipline construction of area-application-oriented institutes should focus on the needs of regional economic and social development,also consider the needs of knowledge innovation and innovation capabilities.Based on the discipline and specialty integration construction,the discipline direction should be developed,the discipline characteristics should be condensed,the integration of industry,academia,and research should be deepened.Meanwhile,the double qualified teacher team should be cultivated.And the scientific research innovation platform and practical teaching base closely integrated with regional economic and social development should be created.The discipline construction can be developed through Strengthening the collaboration of politics,schools,and enterprises.This paper takes Shandong Youth University of Political Science as an example to explore the methods and practical issues of discipline construction from the aspects of disciplinary direction construction,talent cultivation methods and practices,disciplinary team construction,and disciplinary platform construction.There are guiding significance for the disciplinary construction for he Area-application-oriented Institutes.
