摘要
为探究幼儿园园长数字化领导力、幼儿园教师数字知识与技能、幼儿园教师数字化意愿之间的关系,基于资源保存理论,采用幼儿园园长数字化领导力问卷、幼儿园教师数字知识与技能问卷、幼儿园教师数字化意愿问卷对253名幼儿园教师展开调查,发现幼儿园园长数字化领导力、幼儿园教师数字知识与技能、幼儿园教师数字化意愿均处于中上等水平,且两两之间呈正相关关系;幼儿园教师数字知识与技能在幼儿园园长数字化领导力与幼儿园教师数字化意愿之间起部分中介作用。基于前述结果,从幼儿园园长和幼儿园教师两个方面提出助推幼儿园教师适应数字化转型的相关建议。
In order to explore the relationship among kindergarten principals’digital leader-ship,kindergarten teachers’digital knowledge and skills,and their digital willingness,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 253 kindergarten teachers based on the theory of resource conservation,using the Digital Leadership Questionnaire for Kindergarten Principals,the Digital Knowledge and Skills Questionnaire for Kindergarten Teachers,and the Digital Willingness Questionnaire for Kindergarten Teachers.The results show that kindergarten principals’digital leadership,kindergarten teachers’digital knowledge and skills,and their digital willingness are all at moderately high levels,with significant positive correlations observed between each pair.Kindergarten teachers’digital knowledge and skills partially mediate the relationship between kindergarten principals’digital leadership and kindergarten teachers’digital willingness.Based on these findings,suggestions are put forward to facilitate kindergarten teachers’adaptation to the digital transformation,focusing on both kindergarten principals and teachers.
