摘要
本文系统性介绍了健康教育中的新技术之一“回授法”。回授法也称为“Teach-back”法,是一种基于双向信息传递模式的健康教育方法。在医务人员讲解后,让患者用自己的语言表达对教育信息的理解,宣教者对于受教育者理解错误或者是未理解的信息再次进行强调,之后患者再次反馈,如此循环直至受教育者完全掌握为止。回授法一改常规健康宣教单向灌输式的教育模式,是一种在教育者与受教育者之间信息双向反复传递的过程。回授过程不是简单的对患者记忆力的检测,而是对医护人员解释健康相关概念是否清楚的检查。它注重患者的感受,有效提高了健康教育效果,可促进患者对慢病的自我管理。本文详细讲解了回授法的具体实施流程和关键步骤。同时对回授法在国内外实施情况进行系统性总结并提出展望。
This article systematically introduces one of the new technologies in health education,the"feedback method".The feedback method,also known as the"Teach back"method,is a health education method based on a two-way information transmission model.After the medical staff explains,let the patient express their understanding of the educational information in their own language.If the educated person misunderstood or did not understand the information,the educator will emphasize it again,and then ask the patient to provide feedback.This cycle continues until the educated person fully grasps it.The entire process takes 5-10 minutes.The feedback method breaks away from the conventional one-way indoctrination education model of health education,and is a process of two-way repeated transmission of information between educators and learners.The feedback process is not simply a test of the patient's memory,but a check of whether medical staff explain health-related concepts clearly.It focuses on patients'feelings,effectively improves the effectiveness of health education,and can promote patients'self-management of chronic diseases.Detailed explanation of the specific implementation process and key steps of feedback method.At the same time,a systematic summary of the implementation of the feedback method both domestically and internationally will be conducted,and prospects will be proposed.
