摘要
目的:掌握本地区癌症发病特点,规范设计体检筛查项目,早期筛查恶性肿瘤,为本地区肿瘤防治提供科学依据。方法:回顾2021年度我中心体检人群恶性肿瘤检出情况,按性别、年龄、肿瘤类别等进行分组比较分析。结果:74247例健康体检者共检出恶性肿瘤139例,恶性肿瘤总检出率为1.87‰,其中男性91例,检出率2.09‰;女性48例,检出率1.56‰。恶性肿瘤检出前5位:肝癌、甲状腺癌、食管癌、肺癌、肾癌和肠癌。男性肝癌检出率最高,肝癌、肾癌检出率高于女性,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.17、8.45,P<0.05);女性甲状腺癌的检出率最高,高于男性检出率,两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.56,P<0.05)。结论:肝癌、甲状腺癌、食管癌、肺癌、肾癌和肠癌是本地区癌症早期筛查工作中重点,健康管理中心应针对不同地区、不同年龄、性别人群肿瘤的检出特点,选择适宜的筛查技术与手段,有针对性地开展恶性肿瘤早期筛查。
Purpose:To study the characteristics of malignant tumor in the area and to design standard physical examination screening program for early screening of malignant tumors,thereby providing scientific basis of treatment and prevention of tumor in this area.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted for the detection of malignant tumor in 2021 annual health examination,performing group comparison and analysis according to sex,age,tumor type,etc.Results:A total of 139 cases of malignant tumor were detected in the 74247 healthy subjects.The total detection rate of malignant tumor was 1.87‰,among which 91 were males and the detection rate was 2.09‰;48 were females and the detection rate was 1.56‰.The top five malignant tumors are live cancer,cancerous goiter,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,renal carcinoma and intestinal cancer.Live cancer has the highest detection rate in men.The detection rate of live cancer and renal carcinoma were higher than women and the difference between them was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.17,8.45,P<0.05).While cancerous goiter has the highest detection rate in women and the rate was higher than in men.The difference between them was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.56,P<0.05).Conclusions:Live cancer,cancerous goiter,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,renal carcinoma and intestinal cancer were the key points in early cancer screening.The health management center should select appropriate screening techniques and means to carry out according to the characteristics of tumor detection in different regions,ages and genders,truly achieving early detection.
