摘要
在新时代“双碳”要求的背景下,既有建筑绿色低碳化改造是助力建设高质量绿色城市建设和促进建筑业持续健康发展的重要途经,也是未来建筑改造的大势所趋。本文以天津大学国际教育学院改造项目为例,探讨既有建筑绿色低碳改造中的设计策略与关键技术,为后续的既有建筑绿色低碳改造项目提供经验借鉴。
Under the background of the“Dual Carbon”requirements in the new era,the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings is an important way to contribute to the construction of high-quality green cities and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,which is also the general trend of building renovations in the future.This article takes the renovation project of the International Education College of Tianjin University as an example,and explores the design strategies and key technologies in the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings,providing experience and reference for subsequent green and low-carbon renovation projects of existing buildings.
