大学校园近零碳建设的规划路径:分析框架与实施案例研究

摘要 针对大学校园近零碳园区的各个应用场景,提出基于校园现有资源条件的近零碳排放规划建设思路,为国内大学建设近零碳校园提供可复制、可推广的校园能源消费清洁化和低碳化解决路径和实践经验,助力实现国家碳达峰和碳中和目标。研究通过整合光伏、储能、地热能、微风发电等可再生能源技术,依托校内与周边现有资源构建多元化的能源供应体系,涵盖分布式光伏项目、地热能开发、微风发电及绿色能源集成储能系统,以提升校园的能源自给能力。结合规划建设思路,提出了一套完善、可操作的校园近零碳排放建设总体构建建议方案。研究梳理了“双碳”目标下助力大学近零碳校园排放规划建设的技术发展思路和路径,列举了某大学校园典型的应用场景,以期为国内各大学的近零碳校园建设提供技术应用方向参考。 This paper addresses various application scenarios for near-zero carbon campuses in universities.It proposes planning and construction concepts based on existing campus resources,aiming to provide replicable and scalable pathways and practical experience for domestic universities in achieving cleaner and lowcarbon energy consumption.This contributes to supporting national carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.By integrating renewable energy technologies such as photovoltaics(PV),energy storage,geothermal energy,and small-scale wind power,a diversified energy supply system is established leveraging existing on-campus and surrounding resources.This system encompasses distributed PV projects,geothermal development,smallscale wind power generation,and integrated green energy storage systems to enhance the campus’s energy selfsufficiency.The paper reviews technological development pathways for facilitating near-zero carbon campus planning and construction under the“Dual Carbon”goals.It lists typical application scenarios from a specific university campus case,intending to offer references for technological application directions in near-zero carbon campus development for universities across China.
