摘要
推动跨境电商与制造业产业集群协同发展,既是提升跨境电商竞争力,又是推动制造业产业集群发展的有力手段。量化分析二者的协同发展水平,具有重要的理论及现实意义。在剖析二者协同机理的基础上,以福建省为例,对二者的协同度进行实证分析。结果表明:2012-2021年福建省跨境电商、制造业产业集群两个子系统的有序度整体呈现上升趋势,二者复合系统的协同度则呈现波动上升趋势。其中跨境电商的有序度始终保持较快增长,偶尔出现轻微放缓。制造业集群企业有序度持续上升,但在2020年受疫情影响有所停滞,随后又恢复上升。整体系统协同度呈现波动上升趋势,但一直处于较低水平。据此提出了提升二者复合系统协同度的建议。
Promoting the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and manufacturing industry clusters is not only to enhance the competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce,but also a powerful means to promote the development of manufacturing industry clusters.Quantitative analysis of the level of collaborative development between the two has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of analyzing the synergistic mechanism of the two,this article takes Fujian Province as an example to empirically analyze the degree of synergy between the two.The results indicate that overall,from 2012 to 2021,the orderliness of the two subsystems of cross-border e-commerce and manufacturing industry clusters in Fujian Province showed an upward trend,while the synergy of the two composite systems showed a fluctuating upward trend.The order of cross-border e-commerce has always maintained a rapid growth,with occasional slight slowdown.The orderliness of manufacturing cluster enterprises continues to rise,but it has stagnated due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020 and then resumed to rise.The overall system synergy shows a fluctuating upward trend,but has remained at a relatively low level.Finally,paths and suggestions were proposed to enhance the collaboration between the two composite systems.
