摘要
目的探究在糖尿病合并十二指肠溃疡治疗中应用盐酸二甲双胍联合兰索拉唑的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年5月泉州市第一医院收治126例糖尿病合并十二指肠溃疡患者的临床资料,按用药差异分为对照组(n=63,兰索拉唑联合阿卡波糖)和观察组(n=63,兰索拉唑联合盐酸二甲双胍),对比两组并发症发生率、血糖水平及炎症反应指标。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施盐酸二甲双胍联合兰索拉唑可降低糖尿病合并十二指肠溃疡患者炎症、血糖水平与并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of metformin hydrochloride combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with duodenal ulcer.Methods Retrospectively,the clinical data of 126 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by duodenal ulcer admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected.According to the differences in medication,they were divided into the control group(n=63,lansoprazole combined with acarbose)and the observation group(n=63,lansoprazole combined with metformin hydrochloride).The incidence of complications,blood glucose levels,and inflammatory response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein,and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of metformin hydrochloride combined with lansoprazole can reduce the levels of inflammation and blood glucose as well as the incidence of complications in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by duodenal ul⁃cer.
