糖尿病食品交换份在临床应用的观察 被引量:37

摘要 对应用新研制的以90千卡(376kJ)为特点的食品交换份法和旧的主食固定法进行饮食治疗的各80例糖尿病住院病人进行了回顾性的对比研究。两组病人一般临床资料及血糖水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在饮食治疗的同时均采用药物治疗,未进行运动疗法。结果发现两组空腹血糖分别为8.90±2.17mmol/L和11.34±4.86mmol/L;餐后2小时血糖分别为9.41±2.62mmol/L和13.36±3.86mmol/L。上述指标,食品交换份组均显著低于主食固定法组(P<0.001)。两组比较食品交换份法疗效优于主食固定法,建议可在临床推广使用。 In order to evaluate the feasibility of a new food exchange list system with 376kJ(90 Kcal)for each exchange,80 diabetic inpatients managed by this system were randomly selected as the experimental group,and compared with another 80 cases of diabetics whose dietary regime were controlled in fixed carbohydrate content as control.Two groups were also treated with drugs but without physical exercise.There was no significant difference in clinical data between the two groups(P>0.05)before study.The results showed that the mean fasting blood sugar level in the experimental group was 8.90±2.17mmol/L vs 11.34± 4.86mmol/L in the control group,with mean 2-hour postprandial blood sugar levels of 9.41±2.62mmol/L and l3.36±3.86mmol/L respectively(P<0.001).It can be concluded that the newly developed Chinese food exchange list system had a better effect in diabetes management.It is simple and convenient,so it is worthy of recommendation.
