知识图谱赋能的个性化学习路径在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨知识图谱赋能的个性化学习路径在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用效果,以提升医学生和住院医师的学习效率及临床技能。方法:选取2023年3月至2024年1月在肝胆外科轮转的住院医师和医学生60名,使用计算机生成的随机数字表将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。观察组采用知识图谱辅助学习,对照组采用传统方式教学。通过问卷、考核成绩及临床操作考评对比两组学习效果。结果:观察组理论知识掌握情况评分、临床操作能力评分、知识应用能力评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在学习满意度方面对比,观察组非常满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组非常不满意率和满意率对比,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:在肝胆外科临床教学中应用知识图谱赋能的个性化学习路径,可显著提高学习效果,具有应用推广价值。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of knowledge graph-enhanced personalized learning pathways in hepatobiliary surgery clinical education for improving learning efficiency and clinical skills among medical students and residents.Methods:From March 2023 to January 2024,60 residents and medical students rotating in hepatobiliary surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)using a computer-generated random number table.The observation group received knowledge graph-assisted learning,while the control group underwent traditional teaching.Learning outcomes were compared through questionnaires,theoretical assessments,and clinical skill evaluations.Results:The observation group demonstrated statistically significant improvements in theoretical knowledge mastery(P<0.05),clinical operational competence(P<0.05),and knowledge application ability(P<0.05)compared to the control group.In terms of learning satisfaction,the observation group exhibited higher rates of dissatisfaction,moderate satisfaction,and high satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in extreme dissatisfaction or satisfaction rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge graph-enhanced personalized learning pathways significantly enhance learning outcomes in hepatobiliary surgery clinical education,demonstrating substantial value for broader implementation.
