摘要
加速康复外科自引入国内以来,目前已应用发展10余年,期间取得了一些进步和成果。从加速康复外科的核心和内涵出发,分析了当前加速康复外科的发展、现状以及当前存在的障碍,同时以管理的视角,分别从患者、医院、医务人员以及当前国内医疗状况角度剖析了加速康复外科在国内医疗事业中的作用和意义。加速康复外科对于国内医疗事业具有重大意义,要坚定信心,不遗余力地充分发挥各级医疗机构人员主观能动性,将加速康复外科理念应用到临床,让其充分发挥功效,造福人民群众。
Since enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） was introduced into China 10 years before, it has been made remarkable progress. In this paper, the development, current status and barriers in its application in Chinese has been analyzed. The effects of the ERAS with its essential from the views of patients, medical staffs and the healthcare provision has also discussed as well. Given the importance of the ERAS system on healthcare, it needs to apply and promote ERAS concept into clinical care to give benefit for the patients.
