摘要
通过调研上海4所职业院校学生心理健康状况,发现不同学科背景学生在心理、学业压力、情感支持和生活习惯等方面差异显著。针对这些差异,提出定制化心理健康服务策略:理工科学生学业和职业压力大,应为其提供压力管理课程和职业辅导,助其应对焦虑;文科学生孤独感强、情感支持不足,应通过组织社交活动,像文化交流、学术研讨等,加强情感辅导,缓解心理问题;对生活习惯差的学生,应开展健康行为干预,比如针对熬夜问题举办睡眠讲座,针对缺乏运动开设艺术与运动融合课程。此外,强调构建多元灵活的心理健康服务体系,提高学生参与度和满意度,促进其全面发展。未来研究可扩大样本,覆盖更多地区院校,深挖不同学科学生心理问题根源,为优化高职院校心理健康服务提供支撑。
Through a survey of students’mental health conditions in four vocational colleges in Shanghai,this study reveals significant differences among students from different disciplines in psychological states,academic pressure,emotional support,and lifestyle habits.To address these differences,customized mental health service strategies are proposed:for science and engineering students with high academic and career pressure,stress management courses and career counseling should be provided to alleviate anxiety;for liberal arts students experiencing strong loneliness and insufficient emotional support,social activities(e.g.,cultural exchanges and academic seminars)and emotional counseling should be strengthened to alleviate psychological problems;for students with poor lifestyle habits,health behavior interventions should be implemented,such as sleep lectures targeting late-night activities and art-sports integrated courses addressing physical inactivity.Additionally,the study emphasizes the need to build a flexible and diversified mental health service system to enhance student participation and satisfaction,thereby promoting holistic development.Future research should expand samples to more regions and explore the root causes of psychological issues among students from different disciplines.
