摘要
针对碳交易背景下碳减排政策对再制造供应链决策的影响,构建了碳交易和碳补贴政策、碳交易和碳税政策下的产品制造/再制造供应链生产决策模型,分析了不同消费者低碳偏好对供应链决策的影响。研究发现,随着消费者低碳偏好的提高,第1期新产品的产量和第2期再制造产品的产量均会提高,而第2期新产品的产量则会减少,制造商利润也随之增加。在碳交易背景下,碳补贴政策对制造商和消费者均有利,能够有效降低产品价格并提高制造商利润,从而促进再制造产品的发展。碳税政策在一定范围内可激励制造商积极减排,但过高的碳税会显著增加制造商的生产成本,不利于其发展。因此,制造商应根据不同的碳减排政策和消费者偏好调整生产策略,以提升利润。政府需制定合理的碳减排政策,以提高制造商减排积极性,促进低碳经济的发展,为实现“双碳”目标提供更有力的支持。
This study investigates the impact of carbon reduction policies within a carbon trading framework on decisions in remanufacturing supply chains by developing production decision-making models for product manufacturing/remanufacturing supply chains under two policy scenarios of carbon trading combined either with carbon subsidies or with carbon taxes to analyze the impact of varying levels of consumer preference for low-carbon products on supply chain decisions.It has found out that as consumer preference for low carbon options increases,the production of new products in the initial period and remanufactured products in the subsequent period also increases,while the production of new products in the later period declines.Correspondingly,the manufacturer profits improve.Under the carbon trading context,carbon subsidies benefit both manufacturers and consumers by effectively reducing product prices and increasing manufacturer profits,thereby boosting remanufacturing.In contrast,carbon taxes can incentivize manufacturers to reduce emissions within a reasonable range,but excessively high taxes may significantly raise production costs and impede their further development.Therefore,manufacturers should adjust their production strategies in response to different carbon reduction policies and consumer preferences to optimize profits.Moreover,governments need to formulate rational carbon reduction policies to enhance manufacturers’emission-reduction initiatives and support the development of a low-carbon economy,contributing to the achievement of the national dual-carbon goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
