摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,许多高职院校学生选择毕业后进行创业。高职院校作为国家培养职业人才的主要基地之一,在教学中涉及了较多的职业教育内容,为学生创业提供了良好的基础。创业导师能够为学生创业提供有效的指导,创业导师的指导能力影响着高职院校学生创业的成效。尽管当前我国职业教育发展取得了一些成绩,在创业导师配置方面也逐渐探索出了新的路径,但是创业导师因自身业务水平有限,在实际工作中仍然存在着一些问题。在新形势下,创业导师需要不断更新知识结构,提高创业指导能力,以提高创业指导的质量和成效。高职院校应通过完善创业导师激励机制,达到促进导师不断提高能力的目的,从而推动高职院校学生创业能力的提升。
Under the current social background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,entrepreneurship has become a career choice for many vocational college students after graduation.As one of the main bsses for cultivating vocational talents in the country,higher vocational colleges involve a lot of vocational education in their teaching,providing a good foundation for students to start their own businesses.Entrepreneurial mentors can provide effective guidance for students’entrepreneurship,and the guidance ability of entrepreneurial mentors affects the effectiveness of catrepreneurship among vocat ional collegc students.Although some achievements have been made in the development of vocational education in China,and new paths have been gradually explored in the allocation of entrepreneurial mentors,there are still some problems in the actual work of entrepreneurial mentors due to their limited business level.Under the new situation,entrepreneurial mentors need to constantly update knowledge structure and improve their entrepreneurial guidance ability,so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of entrepreneurial guidance.By improving the incentive mechanism of entrepreneurial mentors,higher vocational colleges can achieve the purpose of promoting mentors to continuously improve abilities,so as to promote the improvement of students'entrepreneurial ability.
