摘要
针对口腔黏膜疾病病因众多,治疗方法各异,国内外尚无根治的方法。传统的治疗方法因口腔的特殊环境导致治疗效果欠佳。Nd:YAG激光因其穿透力强、疗效较好,在口腔黏膜疾病的治疗中得到越来越多的应用,但目前使用激光时参数各异,没有统一的操作指南的问题。对Nd:YAG激光在口腔黏膜疾病中的应用进行综述,为其临床应用提供理论依据。
Oral mucosal diseases,characterized by diverse etiologies and treatments,remain incurable both domestically and in-ternationally.The unique oral environment often renders conventional treatments ineffective.In contrast,the Nd:YAG laser,known for its strong penetration and therapeutic efficacy,has gained popularity in treating oral mucosal diseases.However,la-ser parameters currently vary,and no standardized operating guidelines exist.This paper aims to evaluate the application of the Nd:YAG laser in treating oral mucosal disorders and provide a theoretical basis for its practical use.
