摘要
以“重组DNA技术的基本工具”为例,探讨培养科学思维、技术思维和工程思维的教学案例。通过生活情境,引发工程思维;通过自主阅读、比较分析、归纳总结、模型与建模、批判质疑,提升科学思维;通过探寻重组DNA技术所需基本工具,发展技术思维;通过提出、完善抗虫棉培育流程,设计酶切方案,深化、拓展工程思维。
It aimed to explore a teaching case for cultivating scientific thinking,technological thinking,and engineering thinking by taking“basic tools of recombinant DNA technology”as an example.By creating real-life scenarios,it stimulated engineering thinking;through independent reading,comparative analysis,summarization,modeling and model building,and critical questioning,it enhanced scientific thinking;by exploring the basic tools required for recombinant DNA technology,it developed technological thinking;and by proposing and refining the process for cultivating insect-resistant cotton and designing enzyme cutting plans,it deepened and expanded engineering thinking.
